Matsuura MAM72-35V PC32 (32) Pallet Stacker Multi Tasking Robotic Cell has been added to support airplane rate increases by doubling our capacity to produce smaller precision 5-axis door components.
The GROB 551 PSS is the latest 5-axis machining cell with 13 pallet stacker to be introduced onto Royell’s manufacturing shop floor.
This 5-axis universal machining center is ideally suitable for workpieces requiring 5-sided machining, with compound angle holes and surfaces with forms and flow profiles and for precision components. Its swiveling/rotary table has the advantage over swivel head machines that angled surfaces need not be interpolated over two or even three axes.
Equally sized workpieces can be machined with shorter linear axes
